Glasgow Tiger

Glasgow Tiger, originally uploaded by The Railway Studio.

Right next to the river Clyde and a stones throw from St Enoch in Glasgow, Scotland there lives a 10 foot tall Tiger.
I think it was commissioned by Tiger beer but will check details next time I am there and update.

For some reason this picture is still one of our most popular, with the most requests for framed prints. Is because people like the image or is because they know that witches met their end here.......
Not sure I want to know the answer to that, but more of this here:

Baby shoot.

With all the fuss of the wedding fayre's it's nice to get some kids in the studio to lighten things up a bit.
Here are a couple from one of our recent shoots.

Canon camera's

Got an email from Canon Professional Service last week offering me a free 48hr loan of a new Canon 1d mk4.
Can't just use it for normal stuff, gotta think of a project. Hmmm....watch this space.
Right, back to preparing for our next wedding fayre at Easterbrook hall on Sunday 20th February.

Station Hotel Wedding Fayre

Just finished unpacking from our wedding fayre at the Station Hotel in Dumfries and we are exhausted! What a day! People were waiting for the doors to open and the event was busy for most of the day with both the fashion show and live band being great crowd pleasers.  Sweetheart cakes were giving out free samples which everyone enjoyed (us included). And thanks to the Station Hotel for feeding us and being fantastic hosts.
We were kept busy throughout with many people coming to view our Queensberry albums and commenting on the look and feel of them. If you didn't make to the show we will be displaying at Easterbrook Hall on Sunday 20th February so you can see them there.
So far we have managed to accommodate dates but as bookings increase these will start to disappear. Contact us if you want to know if your date is available.

Excited or Nervous

There is less than 48 hours now to our first ever wedding fayre and I can't decide whether I am nervous, excited or just plain petrified!  All we need now is the weather to improve!!!!!!
